Boutique Hostel Walter needs to be fired Los Angeles California
Walter, the house manager, first of all, didn't give me my change from a $100.00 bill, for a one night stay that cost $28.00.
Secondly, I paid up front for 14 days, in cash. On my second day, I became I'll and had to go to the hospital. I asked Hotels.com for a refund, they said Walter needs to approve it. Walter refused to refund me my money, for the unused time.
Walter may have a criminal record. He's proven himself to be highly unethical, and untrustworthy. I ask that he's fired.
