These properties are located in several cities in Florida and Brazil. Peter Van Beuningen stated the following about his company, "we redo them [properties] so that they have good rental potential, and then we sell these properties within the rental income guarantee...so for investors this is direct rental income."
Leads for BRIC Florida LLC are obtained through several different sources. Their online sources include: Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
