***** BUYER BEWARE*** ECCO Design Build owned by Giuseppe (Joe) Palmieri and his wife Joann Palmieri is a complete train wreck. Their performance was abysmal in every aspect. Despite entering into a contract with clear terms and expectations, they failed to uphold their end of the deal. The project, which was supposed to be completed within 20 weeks, dragged on well past 40 weeks due to their incompetence and lack of organization. Furthermore, their disregard for budget constraints was shocking. Not only did they blow past the agreed-upon costs, but they also seemed unconcerned about keeping us informed about the escalating expenses. It felt like they were more interested in padding their own pockets than delivering quality work within budget. The most frustrating part was their repeated failure to meet deadlines. Every promised milestone was missed, causing cascading delays and throwing our entire schedule into disarray. This not only affected our plans but also resulted in additional expenses and lost opportunities. They have had their Contactors license, suspended in the past. Had I known this we would never have entered into business with them. Overall, ECCO Design Build a.k.a ELITE CAD Services performance was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring them to think twice and explore other options. They have demonstrated a blatant disregard for their clients' needs and are not to be trusted with any important project.
