George E Gibbs Jr. Greedy Bootleg attorney with no tact This man should be disbarred Mint Hill North Carolina
This greedy attorney is working with my slumlord landlady to try and evict my family from our home prematurely simply because she wants to sell it. This isn't the first time our slumlord has tried this. She drug us into court a couple of years ago and loss her case. The judge told her to allow us to stay until our lease ended which is 5 months from now. Now that the housing market is booming, she hired this quack, George Gibbs, who assisted her in changing the end date on the lease we signed so she could try to get us out early.
Our state has a moratorium in place to stop these crazy landlords and slimy attorneys, but he is fueling her insanity. He is dropping certified letters in our mailbox weekly that he is signing for. We have never signed any of them. I know this because this retard forgot to take the signature page off the last one. Instead of him telling his client to wait until the moratorium is lifted and go to court, he is sending letters threatening to evict us personally.
I honestly don't know where he got his law degree from. This is beyond crazy, and no one should use his services. As cheap as our landlord is, I am sure he didn't cost much. She has never fixed anything since we have been in this dump, so I guess you get what you pay for.
