I purchased a very expensive leather couch ($8900 with delivery fee) and the leather was a poor quality. It immediately started to scratch. I have 3 other leather couchs which were less expensive and none of them have scratched like this.
I requested a replacement per the companies stated warranty which is "Because we represent a select group of manufacturers, you can rest assured we stand behind the pieces we sell. If you have any issue with the durability of your leather investment, we will gladly make needed repairs or replace your furniture if necessary." No where on this statement does it say that scratchs from a small dog will negate it.
Company is refusing to honor said warranty and I have been taken for $9000.

Company is now allowing for partial refund to fix the couch. I wish the customer service had been better so I didn't have to carpet the internet with negative reviews before getting any attention.
