What is the worst that can happen when you hire an auto transport carrier to move your vehicle? They damage your car! Swamp Fox Auto Express Inc. damaged my car.
What is the next worst thing they can do? They can run from all responsibility after they damage your car! Swamp Fox Auto Express Inc. ran from all responsiblity when they damaged my car.
3) They were late - very late!
4) They never answer their phone! They never answer and they never call with updates.
5) They lie about the progress too. When you do finally reach them they lie lie lie. You can't trust a word out of her mouth (Vanessa).
6) Truck driver does not speak English. He only knows how to say CALL OFFICE. Nobody answers the office phone - EVER!
7) Did all this to someone who is ACTIVE MILITARY!!! Wow - no respect! Foreigners!
We were not even sure how long we would need the rental car. This caused higher rental fees because we could not take advantage of longer rental deals. Total waste of money due to the complete lack of communication from Vanessa Bahman. She is a complete incompetent person that should never be trusted with assets over $25.00 let alone a vehicle worth $40,000 plus.
