Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My boy was enrolled in Mountain Camp located in Woodside California.

The camp canceled sessions. Understandable in a pandemic. The way. director handled customer service was dispicable.  I see others coming forward and I feel compelled to add my story.

My husband and I asked for refund and camp director Jim immediately told us that noone is asking for refunds ONLY MY FAMILY.  He showed zero concern for us as parents only told us of his finacial struggle.  He did not want to hear ours. My husband and I worked hard to pay the over $2,000 tuition for the camp. After the shutdown my husband lost his job and we really could have used the money.. Jim then offered only a partial refund. We took it.  had no choice.

His ugly demeaner  made my skin crawl it was not one you would expect from a camp director.. I came to this country to provide a good life for my son not to get treated a dog from a white man in charge of an overpriced camp.  My son ended up attending a local camp where the director ,even in the middle of COVID treated us with kindness and respect.

Apparently money is only what is important to a place like Woodside Mountain Camp.  The owners are to blame for keeping this individual on the pay roll.   Disgusting....
