I placed an service order with 2-10 Home buyers warranty on the 28th of June. The technician came and found a bad blower in the air conditioning unit. He took the bad one with him. I called him on the 29th of June to ask when he would replace the blower. He said that 2-10 had a problem with their disribution center over the price of the blower. I have called 2- 10 5 times in 4 days to include their corporate. They give me the we are chedking into it still rutine over and over again. This is the 2nd of June, I still have no airconditioning, and have not heard from 2- 10 (I have made all the calls) they have never called me. My realitor gave me this company at closing. This is not the kind of house warming gift you should give to anyone.
