Michael Holder of 2nd-income-solutions.com/ aka web-design-software-and-ebooks.com/ has misrepresented his offerings. I became a life time member of this site in 2014. With that membership I was promised several software bonuses, 2 Tbs of lifetime cloud storage space as well as lifetime updates to the various programs/packages offered on the site.
I didn't receive the promised bonuses. I didn't get any updates until September 2015 and December 2016. I have not received any updates for 2017. He has posted on the site over 600 updates for 2017. I have not received access to any of them.
Since early 2015 I have written and called Mr. Holder with no response, I have posted on his Twitter account and sent emails to every known address I could find for the site. I have not received a single reply to the many emails and phone calls.
There as been no explanation given for his fraudulent behavior. I am very frustrated and thought others should know about his deceptive practices.
