Probably within minutes of me posting the original on RipOffReport, the man called Jim Reid called and said my check would be mailed the next day (7-10-2009). Of course the the check was originally to be mailed by June 20th. Within a few minutes of the 1st call, Reid called back asking about my posting on RipOffReport. He becasme quite angry calling me the scam artist and that was one of the nicer things he said. He did call back later to apologize and again assured me he would refund my money, bah, bah, bah. I got the opportunity to check a little more on 321Annuity. The address they use is actually the Marina Postal Center and the "Suite" is really a box number. I asked a clerk and they confirmed box 200 belonged to 321Annuity. I guess Reid and his "staff" don't use large desks. Reid calls today (7-17-2009) and again says my check is in the mail either today or Monday. Not sure why the delay as he probably visits his "office" everyday. So this is again to confirm 321Annuity is a total scam operation. I did file reports with both the FL and CA State Attorney. Don't expect this to amount to much. Also added to the list of complaints the BBB has on them and Reid. Don't expect much here either but hopefully I help stop someone else from being ripped off by Reid and his company. If by some miracle my check does arrive and it doesn't bounce, I am post that event here also.
