After testing a siren purchased from 911 Signal USA, it was determined it was inoperable. Inteestingly, the PA worked, but no siren sound. It was never installed. The siren was returned to the company; however, the company demanded that a certified installer's name be provided before they would proceed with a replacement/repair. I contacted the company to advise them that there was no installer, as it was never installed. They indicated that they would still need said information.
When attempting to escalate, they advised that a Chris Dolman (sp?) would be the person to contact, but that he was in meetings and would be very difficult to speak with. Nevertheless, I placed four phone calls to Mr. Dolman AND left messages with not a single attempt to return my call.
Horrible service!!!!! Please do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT do business with this company!!! Poor policies and NO response from the company!

I had a return call last week from an individual, not Chris, who I have called and left messages for multiple times. When I tried to return her call, I got no answer with no voice mail. I tried at least 6 or 7 times with no answer on the number she left. I called during normal business hours. Oftentimes when I called the main number trying a different approach, nobody answered the call. I trued multiple times and got nothing. beginning to wonder now if the company is going out of business due to no response. I will now try Better Business Bureau as well as other on-line social media approaches, as I do NOT want others to have the same horrible experience. Not having a siren is now causing us to have a vehicle that is unable to respond to emeregencies. This company clearly doe not care. DO NOT do business with this company!!!

Sorry but they are in business to make money and they arent going to make money giving a refund to every person. Many times the customer has attempted to install something and in the process has damaged the item in question. This is WHY they are asking WHO attempted to install the item. While YOU can claim that YOU didnt try to install the item, REALITY has shown that the customer has no problem straight up lying to get thier way. So as far as they are concerned YOU attempted to install the item and in doing so have damaged it. That means one of two things. Either you DID attempt to install the item and damaged it and want THEM to just give YOU a new item, OR you are attempting to RETURN the item outside of the time frame allowed. Both of which they wont do. So I agree it blows chunks but it is what it is and we have NO ONE to blame BUT ourselves. Our fellow consumers have so screwed businesses over they there is zero trust anymore. Im NOT saying YOU are being dishonest to get your way, but THAT is what THEY think. And since THEY already have that money THEY would have to WANT to give YOU a refund. With the advent of online shopping its gotten MUCH EASIER to get screwed over because there is NOTHING anyone can do to FORCE THEM into doing what YOU want. This is WHY I just DO NOT shop online. There is ZERO protection for the consumer.
