I purchased an RV from A Plus Contract Management in 2015, paid a deposit well over $10, 000.00 and transportation fees, I have made my monthly paymnets on time since taking ownership. Then found out that Jim Sadler has paid every payment late, late the original owners had to call Jim to get payments made, and now is more than 6 months behind on payments and the bank is now looking to Repo my RV, I have been in touch with the original owners who have informed me that Jim no longers returns their calls and has blocked their phone number. A bank representative has come to their house looking to take the RV, they provided Jim' s address in Ocala. As the new owner I have not been informed by A Plus Contract Management that they have stopped paying this loan. Yet they keep taking my money every month. I could come home one day to my RV being Repo'd by the bank. I want to know what are my rights, I have contacted the Attorney General in Florida placed a complaint and waiting to hear. we have paid this comapny over $37,000.00 and we could loose our RV.... The original owners are trying to work something out with the bank and have not given up our names as of yet, We need help to stop this company from continuing to fraud people and stealing their money. I have also learned that my RV was not in Texas and we paid $1600.00 to have it delivered. Again another lie to get additional money..... We paid our monthly payments Directly into a checking account at wells fargo and then Jim was to make the payments directly to the bank, We hope someone has some advise for us.

Hi Jeanne I am one of Jim's many victims I was on the news with my story. He has done this to so many others and yet he's still not in jail and still scamming/ripping people off. Please come to my Facebook page (Victim's of Jim Sadler Aka James Mark Sadler) tell your story please. I want to make sure this never happens to anyone else again and get justice for us all. I hope to hear from you. Have a blessed day, Lisa
