Dear Mr. Huck: RE: Nevada Energy Rebates
After months of correspondence, following the installation of my air conditioners at the cost exceeding $10,000, I find myself contacting you for assistance. I paid in advance and am waiting for the NV Energy rebates to be processed by A&R Complete Service Corp. As I understand it they are complete and have never been submitted to NV Energy.
The process was as follows:
Date X Visits Purpose
November 2013 1 - Sales Call
December 16, 2013 1 - Proposal submitted and accepted -- presented 50% payment. Immediate call to Mr. Jim T and Brandon S, Account Executive and was assured NV Energy Rebates to be added.
January 3 - Three or more visits, for NV Energy Energy testing after waiting 30 days for proper weather.
January 3 - Three or more visits for removal/placement of units.
Jan/Feb 3 - Three or more visits for Roofer to install Roof Curbs around two air conditioners/$825.00
Jan/Feb 3 - Three or more visits by roofing company to repair faulty/inadequate Roof Curbs and repair water damage leaking through two stories. They brought the wrong paint and had to competed the job myself or miss more work.
TOTAL 14 OR MORE DAYS MISSED FROM WORK BY MEARS
May --- Ms. Ambartsoumain, President of A&R Complete Service Corp., laughed at me rearding my rebates!
Now I am being treated like a thief because I want my rebates and the company is saying that my verbal communications with Mr. Brandon S. and Jim T never transpired. When I first contacted the Sales Coordinator, Shauna, I was advised that any rebates were for A&R Complete Service Corp. and not the customer. After speaking to Ms. Ambartsoumain, she wanted to appease me by adding the rebates to the bill and keep refunds for herself, THEN LAUGHED. Through further conversation and meetings with Mr. Brandon S my original Manager and Mr. Jim T both of A&R Complete Service Corp., who initially met with me,I was told by Mr. Brandon S that the paper work still sits at A&R Complete Service Corp. to be forwarded. Brandon had left A&R to start his own company and received a copy of my complaint to NV Energy. Was A&R Complete Service Corp. waiting for my complaints to go away before the processed the rebate for themselves?
Please help me process this information to NV Energy so we can protect other consumers from this company. I was told that the company remains at “trusted” provider because my verbal actions were not documented by A&R Complete Service Corp. The rebate is not a large amount, but would pay my power bill for one month!
Disgruntled consumer,

RE: NV Rebates
Dear Jim,
It has been a long run since November when we started the venture to replace my air conditioners. The temperature really made it tough for the NV testing and finally
got it finished in the new year! In all, I had to postpone over a eight days of work to accommodate the testing/installation/roofing/and repair crews.
Comes to my point, after all this effort, and down to the last of the procedure, why hasn't the paper work ever been filed? I called and found that Brandon and
the installers were no longer with the company, I attempted to work with A&R and got a very negative answer to my dilemma. I spoke to the owner tho find that she
would work with me and she later laughed at my dilemma. then I reported the process tho the energy program coordiunators. They came back that there was no paperwork noting the process. I thought you and I had a verbal agreement and was the reason for all the additional testing.
Remember. I had called within an hour of your departure with my check to remind you that it was not listed on the paper work and you advised me that would be no
problem! Per Brandon, the paperwork is completed and just needs to be processed. Can you help me finish this process.
My alternate is to process more complaints to different consumer representative groups, including Television and Radio. There are a large number of consumer protective a groups out there to make aware of your process and I will spend hours researching them out of spite.
Can you help me before this gets messy,
Bruce

Re: NV Energy Rebate
Dear Mr. Ambartsoumain:
After several attempts to process and collect my rebates from the NV Energy for installation of new air conditioners through A&R Complete Service Corp. I have been forced to contact you directly prior to my application with the NV Small Claims Court System. Attached you will find a copy of my agreement with A&R.
When I initially contacted your company I was reassured by Jim T that you were part of the NV Energy program to achieve this rebate. From that time their were no further conversations until after the invoice had been presented which did not reflect any discounts through the Energy Program. After my deposit I contacted Jim regarding the fact we had not included the rebate and was assured this was not a problem. The testing actually put the units installation on hold until its completion in February. I had been advised by the personnel testing the old units that they would qualify for maximum rebates. This process took weeks to complete due to the temperatures.
In follow up to the installation the rebate was not forwarded and I was advised by Brandon S, Manager:
The the rebate was for A&R and my discount was already included in the contract and after reviewing the contract it was discovered there was no discount noted.
After this discussion the initial paperwork from the testing was lost and then found and I was again assured it was being processed.
Upon my last call to NV Energy, it was discovered the rebates have never not been requested. This brings us to our current situation and I am requesting my credits that which were never processed for by your company. I request a check from you for the rebates of $800 lost due to your lack of response and incompetence.
Sincerely,
Bruce M
