I ordered from AAA Systems Inc, of Santa Ana, CA (http://www.aaasystems2000.com) on November 7th, 2000. The CDROM and Network card I order stated there would be a 4-7 business day wait before the parts would ship. Other comparable companies ship within 48 hours, but I was okay with this.

8 business days later (2 weeks later), I emailed them asking the status of my order. They gave me a UPS number with a delivery date of November 27th. There was no activity on the UPS tracking site.

On November 29th -- 22 days later -- I emailed the company asking what the problem was because the parts had not even shipped! This disturbed me. I asked that they have the parts arrive within one week or fully refund my money. They agreed to refund my money.

The fact I waited this long and received questionable customer support from them throughout the whole issue, causes me to never even consider ordering from this company again.

A week later I had to email them again asking why the refund did not make it to my credit card. They said they were having problems and I had to call my credit card company and do a "charge back." This seemed odd.

As of now, December 17th, 2000, (I believe 40 days since the order), they are still having "trouble" refunding the money. I can believe this is happening!!! They make other respectable online companies look bad.

The company is contradicting themselves. On December 13th, Yahoo! said, "The merchant has responded saying they have issued credit to your account last week. " But the company told me in and email on December 5th (one week earlier), "We are having trouble with credit card company. Please call your credit card company and do a charge back." I just want my refund!

I have emailed, called and written my credit card company on this issue and I have provided other ways the company could send the refund. I am currently going through Yahoo Complaint Resolution and I will probably go through the BBB after posting this report.

There is clearly something wrong with the way this company operates.
