After multiple requests I wrote a customer service report to Service Magic and they contacted me and told me they would do all they could to help me out. They contacted Aaron and about a week later he returned our deposit. That is after the fact that I filed a small claims and the sheriff could not serve Aaron or his company because the address he was using was vacant.

There are indeed bad contractors in this world, but there are also bad customers as anyone who has ever been in business for themselves can attest. This agro customer is completely out of line. I would love to throw in a bunch of rude speculation as to why I think they are such angry people but unlike them, I have class. Bottom line, this job was sold, re-scheduled several times on my part, cancelled and the customer refund delivered in the customers hand personally. End of story or so I thought until someone told me about this website post slandering my name. Anyone needing further proof or explanation can contact my company directly.
