After reviewing and investigating this incident, there is no evidence that the TV was returned to the store. We have statements from employees that are currently working for Aaron's stating the merchandise was not ever returned. Below is a statement from the Regional Manager over that area. We delivered a second TV to her residence with the understanding that she wanted a 2nd TV. She claims now that the PT's returned the original TV when they delivered the 2nd one. She has no signed receipt for the return. The two PT's both still work for us and both say they never even knew that she wanted to return the 1st TV much less did they physically return it.
