On about November I went into Aarons Rental and rented a 42 inch flat screen for around 140.00 a month. Will in January I received a flyer stating if I found someone else a rental center cheap they would match the product. So in February I went in to Aarons and told them of this ad. So, I found a 57 inch mitz. For 120.00 and so I talked to them a Samantha girl filled my paper work out and they where instructed to pick you the 42 Inch screen and set up the 57 inch. Well they had to get my 57 inch out of the Lincolnton store and they got to my house around 9.00pm-9.15pm brought in the box and the old man was setting up the TV and the young guy took box and I guess the 42 inch out to the truck came back was trying to help the old man got up set and was very ugly and took the control from him to hit the exit button. The TV was not set up right. So, then the older man need 25.00 I gave that to him and then in March I had to pay 44.00 more dollars then March 15tb I made the 120.00 something to Aarons. Then I April I did. But I feel like if this thing was not in the inventory on the next morning then I should have been notified the automatic thing called me all the time and I would call and talk to Chris he would call it a mistake and I was ok. So now here it is almost 3 months and I am be cut to the one taking a TV that was picking up took from my home and this makes no since why would I come for a cheaper one and need to pay for two???? But this is not right so, I feel you need to decide what is up. I am so upset on the way this thing is being brought back on me when all I did was rent a TV and some one comes to my house wanting the other one and to take papers out on me. Well this is an he said he did not and I know he did and plus it takes almost 1 months to decide you lost it what could have happened at point A to B or after the fact of the truck. I am sorry and I am not sure of this but, we need to work this out.

After reviewing and investigating this incident, there is no evidence that the TV was returned to the store. We have statements from employees that are currently working for Aaron's stating the merchandise was not ever returned. Below is a statement from the Regional Manager over that area. If there are any questions in reference to this or any other concern please contact our Divisional Office at 704-845-5064 Kay Zaccardi Aaron's Mid Atlantic Div VP Assistant The customer from the rip-off report never returned her TV. We delivered a second TV to her residence with the understanding that she wanted a 2nd TV. She claims now that the PT's returned the original TV when they delivered the 2nd one. She has no signed receipt for the return. The two PT's both still work for us and both say they never even knew that she wanted to return the 1st TV much less did they physically return it.
