ABC He also did the same thing to us but for a website sky, Internet
He basically did the same thing, took the paypal money and vanished, and never delivered the webdesign we asked for. I think the FBI office have a division that deals with this sorta crime we should all file a complaint with them: http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/cyber/cyber
