Pre-payment scam
Abdul Rahman Khalife runs a pre-payment scam with companies where he collects advance fee scheme for investments.
He allegedly sends out the promised investment, using what looks like genuine payment advises from Emirates NBD bank, but no money ever surfaces, instead new and more elaborate schemes for additional fees to be paid.
