Dear ripoff team,

I am here to report a little crapbomb of a company called AMS (absolute marketing solutions).

They hire and fire people on a weekly basis I didnt get fire I quit the job due to them not paying me. They have people hired and get them to work for a week or two, then they quit or get fired and never get paid. I personally was contacted and started the job I worked 47 hours and they were supose to pay me 350 dollars for my training. They said  I did not complete my training in which in 4 days (my training was 4days) i would get paid then after that 500 a week plus comission. I quit because they are greedy and selfish. I was told that I could pick up my check friday and it would be mailed to the office. I show up today and they said they would not pay me for the 47 hours i had worked. Now im behind on bills becase of this. From the time i started to the day i quit over 5 people were fired.

They simply hire you, get you to make a few sales for them and fire you and therefore getting free labor from you. I tried to reason with them and they simply told me to leave the office and I would not get paid for the 47 hours I worked, i spent money in gas, and food to do this job and lost a lot of time that i could have used to work with a job that would have actually paid me. I ave reported them to the BBB and will be contacting more people due to this scam of a job. Several reports on this job have been placed and due to the extreme volume of people that they go thru weekly its not a good business to go into. I personally theink they should be shiut down and all the money they scamed should be taken from them.

If you get a call do not answer. Ill be reporting them on job sites like career builder and indeed they have advertised there. They are selfish peieces of absolute crap.

They probably think you are going to just roll over and be a chump. Report them to your State's Attorney General's Office.  They have a consumer protection division. Report them to the Labor Board. I worked a seasonal position selling rainbow sandals at a mall kiosk and they did not pay me for OT and the Labor Board made them pay me.  Take them to smalls claims court too, if necessary. It will cost you about $35 to file. Contact them in writing, via a trackable emthod like certified mail or UPS and DEMAND you pay.  You can then show that you have tried in person and via demand letter to get paid and they refused.  I would post this at every consumer complaint site online.
