Horizon Cleaning Services Or AB&T Cleaning & Restoration dishonest, fraudulent. scammed a lot of money, and did not do the job Tampa Clearwater Florida
The company sells a "deep scrub method" and charged me $375.00 to clean my carpet. The carpet was just as dingy when the technician left. I called the company, and they sent out a "come back" guy, who also did not do a good job. They sell the deep scrub method which is them raking solution over the carpet in a quick sweeping motion. There was no scrubbing involved. I was disgusted that a small business would take advantage of someone in the community. I tried to give them the business, if I had it to do over, I would have called Stanley Steemer. The company is going by Horizon Cleaning Services, there is no listing for the company. When the telephone number was researched, it came back to AB&T Cleaning and Restoration Services. I called to get the physical address, which the owner gave me, and that address does not match to any cleaning service. As a matter of fact, the cleaning service has not valid address which further indicates some type of deceptive practices. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am really surprised to hear the comments that people are making. My sister has been using the company for years.I just recently movved here from Ohio and had my carpets cleaned by Horizon and i am very pleased. The coupon does say it my not clean heavily soiled carpets right on it.When i made my appointment the young lady told me of other services they had to offer. The gentelman who came to my house showed me a demonstration of the two diffrent cleaning methods and shoed me the dirt he pulled out, I was amazed, the carpet looks great and i will continue to use horizon.

to expand on the complaints on this company an added warning needs to be issued...i worked for this company a few months back until i no longer could stand it and had to quit. it is without a doubt the most unprofessional and drug infested place i have ever seen in my life. there have also been reports about peoples money going missing when some of their technicians were in the customers homes. do not let these people in your home alone and even if you are there do not take your eyes off of them. their machines are a joke...what the other person says is true...it is not a real steam cleaning because the machine does not heat up the water. the main manager of this business himself has a criminal record. you can clean your own carpets better than they can and not have to risk wasting your money as well as having things disappear from your home. i have and will continue to let anyone i know to never ever use this company. and if even after reading this you still wish to take your chances with them let me forewarn you that if you are not satisfied even after they come out twice ( which you wont be ) you will NOT get your money back. they never refund money to anyone.... and if you ever have the distinct pleasure of speaking to the main manager there after you have had an unsatisfactory experience, you yourself will realise the complete lack of professionalism. countless times i have hear him yell and curse at customers because they wont quietly let them get away with such a bad job.

hi,
if you have a dispute and want to court against them then check your work order contract, they let you sign for basic steam clean while the machines provided by horizon cleaning services are not steam cleaners but the cheapest machines that you need to fill with warm water in order to clean anything.
Legally that is what they do wrong....there is no steamclean performed because the machines cant steam!!!!!!!!!
I tried working there for one week so i know this by using the machine they provided.The guys that come to your home are just sub=contractors so horizon has allways someone to take the fall,it looks they take advantage of both sides.
Legal in your work order is where you can go to court.....there is no steamcleaning without the proper machine!!!!!!
