"Avenger", As noted in your previous posts. It appears as though our Washington Sales Manager, Tim, had done what he could to help your situation.
Your response:
I will say this, when all this happened I was EXTREMELY pissed off by not being able 2 pay my bills, and having to walk around in the snow all nite (because I lost my place to live by not being paid on time) but, Tim Bryan @ the Olympia Wa. Satellite location Mgr. talked w/ me @ 8:15 am the next day when I came in to see if Ace was going to make right, HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY HERE, We were pretty much both emotional about this situation, Not only did Tim Bryan, make me REALIZE that even though we are pissed off, we have to realize that s**t happens, that we cant control. He even offered to take the $ out of his PERSONAL bank acct. to make right, AND DID !!!!!! so from here I RELINQUISH My report here, they made what I will consider RIGHT in my situation so even though I had to walk around all nite in the snow, I personally feel that the wrong was made right...
As we had stated in our other response, We were sorry to hear that such a tragedy had occured, but as you stated "life happens". It seems as though you have come out of it with a better understanding of situations and knowing that the people of Ace did what they could to make it right. It makes us glad to know we employee people like "Tim" that go above and beyond.
I can respond to other slandered comments as this: Ace Industrial Supply sells many variety of packages (i.e. ZZ packages), sockets and drill bit sets. Most packages offer a selection of tools that are at "no charge" based on the purchase of the primary item (i.e. Saw blades, cutoff wheels, grinding wheels, etc). costs vary, based on the brand of tools that included within the pacakge. Ace Industrial Supply prides itself on customer service that satisifies any issues and ensures that customers know that they can call us direct with any questions or concerns.
Regarding the "Ponzi Scheme", i'm confused. Ponzi scheme is a form of investment fraud that involves the payment of purported returns to existing investors from funds contributed by new investors. It really does not translate to a tools supply company and the employees of Ace Industrial Supply. Much like any other store, we offer our tools at discounted cost to employees that wish to buy tools for personal use.
I'm not familair with any labor investigation within our company, but please enlighten us.
Respectfully,

I used to work for Ace Industrial supplies In Wa State,, They dont EVER want to issue a CALL TAG why ya ask??? its because they charge the employees to sell ya the wheels & tools on a ZZ package ( where the SALESMAN gets a extreme discount for selling you a tool package at an INFLATED price they get a OVERAGE of 20% of what This guy Tim Sterns sells the packages to his so called sales reps. He keeps 80% of the salesmans overage on the inflated price... have found the Duometric Impact Sockets online for $42.95 as well as their so called Magnum drill bit sets that we the reps, have to pay for their guarantees if they ever have a problem w/a impact socket or drill bit ( even though they offer a lifetime guarantee on their duometric impact socket sets & their Magnum spgf 21 drill bit sets ...Where YOU the consumer pay 179.90 for the same set He, Tim Sterns sells them to his reps @ 120.90 theres a huge PARAMID scam going on here...This Co. is being INVESTIGATED by the Labor & Industry Division in the State Of Wa. Theres your info Thankx for listening ............

We allow a 30 day return policy for any order. Much like the sales rep and customer service rep described to you, our package prices. there are a listof items that we provide our customers at "no charge" based on teh purchase of priced-out items (i.e. saw blades, recip blades, cutoff wheels and grinding wheels).
All of our shipments, like other mail order businesses, require shipping and handling. If your salesman has agreed to absorb that cost we would be willing to charge him back for those costs. regading price reducing your material, we do offer to do that as well, but invoies will still print the original amount, due to our company invoicing for net-30 and not billing over a periof of time. When an adjustment is made it is noted in the acount and arevised invoice can be emailed, faxed or mailed for a customer's record.
if you have any questions, or the invoice is still not satisfied, contact me and we can remedy the issue.
