ACS legal group They sent me an email threatening me to pay 519.00 for collections fees for using ACS leagl group for which I NEVER USED!! I NEVER have done business with anyone from this scam business!! Ohio, Internet
acs legal group sent me this email on Thursday, 10-4-12, telling me I owed 519.00 for services that I used from this business, which I never did. I do not owe them anything, I never used their services, I do not know anything about this business period!
They further threatened me that if I did not pay, they would be adding late charges, penalties, police charges, increased interest, and so on. They also stated I would be dragged off to court paying court fees, loan or pay day penalties.
I do not know who is doing this, but they seriously need to be tracked and arrested for threats, false misrepresentation, bribing people to pay fees that they don't even owe, and fraud scamming. I hope something will be done to solve this. Thank you.
