I took a quick look at this website and they are advertising that they design websites. After looking at thier portfolio, they have poorly made websites and they charge for their services. They use a FREE Product. Wordpress, to make websites. You can do everything they do on your own. Im assuming they charge anywhere from $100-500 just for their services.
They make it sound like its really hard but a few google searches and you can have a website in under an hour. I dont even know how much they charge and really do not want to find out. I found out that the designs they actually alter or make themselves are very poor and ugly.
