Adam Wesley Morgan DOB 12/22/1979 Born to Judy Morgan Smith.

Adam has stolen money from me. When we were together (2000-2001) he wrote checks off of a joint account that had been established for the purposes of the household expenses. These checks were not for household expenses. He had checks printed with just his name on them. After I discovered his theft I closed the account and he continued to write checks for several weeks. When he wrote these checks he "predated" the checks to back before the account was closed.
He opened accounts with me listed as a cosigner on the account. When we broke up he took the truck that I had made all of the payments on (he was not working for most of the time we were together and when he was he was making only 1/3 of what I was) and had it repoed. He also took all the keys to the other vehicle and disposed of them.
He has gone off the grid and lives with other people and works off the books so that he does not have to pay. He left me with $25000 in debt and won't pay anything.
He was arrested in 2002 for fraud for accepting a UPS pakage for someone who used to live in the house he was occupying. Then when the guy came looking for the package Adam said he didn't have it. As it turns out he had pawned the item.
When we broke up he called the police and told them I was suicidal. He told a mutual friend that he did this so that the police would take me away and then he could empty the house of all of my valuables because I made enough money to replace them and he wanted my computer. It took me a few hours to get back to the house after convincing the hospital that he was the nutball not me.
He took my laptop and pawned it along with some jewlery.
