AdFactor AdFactor Network, Down By The River, LLC., Ad Factor Network Down By The River, LLC. hijacked our website, stole our website, took our money for web development then cancelled our hosting service and refused to give us the username and passwor 863 N. Cocoa Blvd. Cocoa, Florida
Ad Factor Network or Down By The River, LLC. as they were once known as, hijacked our website, stole our website, took our money for web development and hosting then cancelled our hosting service and refused to give us the username and password to access our site. Now they have changed their name for the third time (that we know of) to just AdFactor.
We had to pay another web developer to launch our site again. We were contacted several times by these guys to try and "make a deal" but the terms were always outrageous and only benefited them. After all, they hijacked our site and they wanted us to make concessions to get it back.
We have not heard back from them in three months so we had to pay another person to develop a new site. We lost an untold amount of revenue and customers with our site being down that we will never be able to recoup.
Our new site looks so much more professional and beautiful than the one they created and the new webmaster is very open to making changes for us at no additional cost. This will be a better experience for us than AdFactor ever could possibly hope to be. Now they have a new "location" in Birmingham, Al. with a whole new opportunity to RIPOFF new customers.
Run far and fast from these guys.
