Adt Ripped off in Alabama Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
ADT installed a wireless system in a very large house, unable to arm the systemcalled for service many times with no response. Called my salesman who did get a tech to come out but he was unable to fix it. It never worked since we moved back in after Hurricane Katrina May of 2007. They continued to bill me and I was stupid enough to pay it to protect my credit, eventually when they kept promising to come and fix it and did not I stopped paying the bill.
ADT called my office to about one to every two weeks and I kept reminding them that I was awaiting service to restore it functioning, they would transfer me to tech support every time to report the problem. I spoke with B Lee in Mobile Alabama and she said that she would send a "lead tech" to come and fix the system and that she would call me with an appointment time.
After three months and a bunch of call from ADT to remind me about my bill which I was told would be adjusted for the down time, I called them and told them to remove their system form my home since it was hopeless to get it fixed. They did show up at the appointment time and removed the system. They must have forgot to tell the billing people because they are still billing me for a system that was removed months ago. I called my sales person again he said that he would have a supervisor from Mississipi call me. I called ADT this morning, they transferred me to collections. Still no help.
