Hello all, I am pleased to announce that after months of fighting with this company I finally recieved my refund. I would first off like to say that I do not nor have I ever worked for this company. I was extremely frustrated with AC and called them weekly to find out about my refund. The last time I called I spoke with someone named Marian or something like that. It was said by someone previous that my account had been credited $100.00 dollars. I questioned this as I never recieved any services. My refund should have been $159.90 not $100.00. Marian told me that she wasn't sure but that I would recieve a refund just allow it until 12:00 a.m.. I did this and to no surprise there was no refund in my account. I called again that day and again spoke with Marian. She remembered me and seemed surprised. She told me to hold on a minute. Later she stated that she had contacted consumer affairs as I had been dealing with this for quite some time. She then told me that she couldn't say when they would contact me but that someone would. I thought yea right like I haven't heard that before. Well to my surprise a woman did call and she said that a check had been mailed out that day and to please allow 7-10 days to recieve it. Hell I was just so suprised to hear back from them that I saved the message on my voice mail and decided that I and waited this long I would give it another week. Well I went to check the mail the next morning and d**n if there wasn't a check in my mail for the full amount. I was a little puzzled though as it came from a law firm from Hollywood,FL. I am at work right now and don't have the address or phone number to contact this law firm, but I do have it at home and will be glad to post what the letter read and the address and phone number of the firm so that you all may get your money back. Attention!!!!! I recently found out some new information which might be useful. When I sent Advantage Capital copies of my proof of drafts, I made sure that I sent them registered. They were both signed by a Cristela Canales, and stamped "CORPORATE SERVICES OF NV. Well I went online and guess what I found out? This corp. services of NV address is 502 N. Division St. Carson City,NV. They act on behalf of this illigitmate company. The number is (775)883-3711 or toll free at (800)655-0538. Also I believe that the reps we speak with at 866-416-0668 are actually employed by the Specialty Outsourcing Solutions group of Waco,TX. Here is the way I see it,this Advantage Capital hires temp employees to answer their phones. They are located in Waco,Tx. just ask them what time it is where they are. Next they use the address for the Corp. Services of NV and have that secretary sign for the packages. I guess they figure as long as no one catches on they are scott free. Unfortunately for them there are intelligent people out there.
