STOP BEING IDIOTS! LEARN YOUR RIGHTS - DO THE RESEARCH www.ftc.gov Fair Debt Collection Practices Act - This law is here to PROTECT YOU! RESEARCH THESE THINGS ON THE INTERNET - DON'T JUST GO TO A COMPLAINT BOARD AND POST YOUR COMPLAINT! Their only interest in collecting a debt, and AFNI goes after everyone with the same name. www.budhibbs.com - READ UP ON THIS BOTTOMFEEDER! The only response to a collection letter is responding in writing with DEBT VALIDATION DEMAND AND CEASE COMMUNICATIONS LETTER. Sent certified mail return receipt. The collection agency is required by law to provide PROVE that the account is actually yours. They cannot just send a form letter and expect you to pay. Validation is copy of the Original contract with your signature. They cannot provide it. Because they never get that in the first place So they have to stop all collection attempts immediately. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
