Aire Care Soultions Promised to arrive still waiting over six hours later Palm Beach, Florida
Saw this ad in the coupon Clipper Magazine. It looked like a good deal - even advertised #1 is customer satisfaction -- so I trusted their advertisement. I called and asked about the advertised 79 dollar package. I also asked them if it was a problem for them to provide a copy of their business license, workman's comp insurance and liability insurance, of course the customer rep indicated there would be no problem. I frequently travel with my job and currently I'm on call so when booking my appointment I once again indicated that the condo association needed the ydocuments - again no problem. My appointment was for the next dau 8 - 12 window. At 11:45 the technition called indicated he was going to be late (do you really think that was the first time he knew he would not make the reservation time?) I told him I was waiting since 8 in the morning and a call would have been greatly appreciated - he then told me he would be there in five minutes. Over 45 min later I called and told the office no one was here. Low and behold the company had not secured the paper work and was not allowed access - now 12:50. Several phonecalls and working with three different people at the office - (trying to get a supervisior involved was of no help) the paperwork was finally at the condo office and the technition had no left the property. I called the office once again (by now I had called at least eight to ten times) and was told someone would be at my condo at 2:00 pm. Guess what at 2:45 no one had showed up and I left to do my errands for the day. Don't ever use these people, I did some after the fact internet complaint research and wouldn't you know --- the same poor customer service and poor service -- do your self a favor use someone else. Your time is not worth saving twenty dollars!! Not even a appology from the company - I hope they go out of business!!!!
