AKA - Richard, Ric, Vincent, R. Vincent, Fleming-Merlo, and now a new alias called:
R. VICTOR Fleming.
As I was checking out the sites to see what new plagiarism Mr. R. Fleming has continued to pursue I had come across his new WEBSITE!
He must have moved out of Florida because his name and reputation has gotten around enough about his scamming and taking peoples money and him not producing the work.
It looks like he is now under the WEBSITE: www.Carolinaskydesigns.com
He doesn't even have a number yet on his new site but an old number (386)589-3630 on his old sites that is out of order. Did he leave everyone hanging?
He is now using the name R. "Victor" Fleming.
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
Just because he is in North Carolina doesn't make him a better person it gives him more opportunity to RIPOFF more vulnerable people who are not aware of his reputation.
OH AND IF HE TELLS YOU HE HAS FILED BANKRUPTCY AND HE WILL GIVE YOU HIS NAME OF HIS ATTORNEY TO CALL (GET HIS ATTORNEYS NAME & PHONE NUMBER) AND THEN CONTACT THE BAR ASSOCIATION. THERE HAS BEEN NO BANKRUPTCY FILED! CHECK THE COURT RECORDS. YOU CAN TELL HIS ATTORNEY TO GIVE YOU THE CASE NUMBER. HA! THERE IS NO CASE NUMBER! HE USES THAT AS AN EXCUSE. HE HAS SEVERAL LEINS AGAINST HIM NOW. THIS GUY ALSO HAS A FEDERAL CHARGE AGAINST HIM SUCH AS MAIL FRAUD.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH HIM!!! HE IS A CHARMER!

It is interesting that he completely moved out of the state. Maybe the lawsuits are piling up and he's "running" or trying to run from them. I can't believe that Ric Fleming, Vincent Fleming, whatever he uses now, thinks he can start a new company and do the same scam all over again. Thanks for keeping tabs on him and letting everyone know that where he is scamming currently. I noticed his new site is now offline. What comes around goes around. He apparently has really hurt a lot of people with his fraud and deceipt. Justice is coming Ric Fleming and the courts will decide your fate. It's amazing people are still posting how he has scammed them. I guess he just can't stop thinking he can continue to get away with it.
