I rented a car from Alamo at my local airport on June 21, 2016 and returned it on June 23, 2016. The car was driven to an event 2 hours away and then back home. There was no windshield damage to the car when I picked it up and no damage occurred while the car was in my possession. On July 26, 2016 I received a claim email from Alamo stating that I needed to pay $219 for damages. There was no details as to what damage I was being charged for. I responded to the email asking for details on the damage. I got a response saying there was a Crack in the windshield. When I responded asking for photos of the damage I was told there were no photos to send.
