Mailk has apparently never been trained in customer service at all. I asked a number of times to speak to someone in charge and was given the run around. I will never recommend this furniture store to anyone, however I will always mention it when I need to describe horrendous customer service. They will lose many, many future customers and I will be thrilled when they go out of business.
