All My Sons Moving And Storage ripoff lost or stolen and damaged, won $1918 judgement still unpaid. Ardsley New York
All My Sons Moving and Storage took posession of most of my belongings for six months . They failed to show up and deliver these items to my new address two times with no advance notice.
When they finally did show, many of my items, including a television, computer, tables, etc. were never delivered. Much of what was delivered was destroyed or badly damaged.
In addition, much of what was delivered- including an armoire, files, and clothes- actually belonged to other clients. A judgement of almost $2,000 was rendered against them in a lawsuit (which was not the only one pending agains them at that time) over one month ago, and they still have not paid.

Thanks to the efforts of the Westchester Department of Consumer Protection, this matter has been resolved and the amount of judgement was submitted by All My Sons.

You are under no obligation to retract your statements. He is attempting blackmail. The judge will find him sooner or later, and slap him with contempt of court for nonpayment. You're doing the right thing by refusing. I'm sorry that this terrible ordeal happened to you!

Today I received a phone call from the owner of All My Sons. He said he would fulfill his legal obligation to me and pay the amount the judge rendered ONLY IF I REMOVE MY COMMENTS FROM THIS SITE FIRST!!!!!! I told him I would gladly remove them on the condition that he perform the legal and ethical act of paying the amount ordered by the judge, therefore making my comments no longer true and making the act of warning others no longer necessary. Apparently, he found my offer to be unreasonable, because by the end of the call, he was still defying the judge's orders and refusing to pay. It appears he didn't realize that not everyone's integrity could be bought.
