I paid for a ladies Seiko watch $100.58 on 12/4/06 as a Christmas present for my daughter. On 12/12/06 I received an email from them indicating all the shipping on orders were being upgraded to arrive before the holiday. Then on 12/20/06 I received another email indicating they could not ship and did I mind waiting until March 31st 2007 or that I could also cancel the order. I promptly cancelled the order. On 1/2/2007 I again contacted the seller and reiterated that I had cancelled and wanted a refund. After again not receiving a refund or a response, on 1/9/2007 I contacted GoogleCheckout and customer via email of my request for refund. On 1/9/2007 I also called their phone number and let my information as their IVR system requested. To date 1/12/2007 I have not heard anything from Luxury Tree or Allwatchesonsale All Watches On Sale. Company is a scam. They have not updated their website or the voice mail greeting on their IVR from the holidays. On their website there is still a link to GoogleCheckout. I guess they don't police their affiliates.

An insteresting twist on All watches on Sale Allwatchesonsale and companies above. When you go to www.allwatchesonsale.com it now takes you to signatureluxury.com Hmmm, think they are trying to cover their tracks. Please read all my info for the complete scoop on these companies. Also found this on pricegrabber yesterday. Date Reviewed: 03/15/2007 from MNMember Since:03/15/2007 View Member's:Reviews After waiting over three weeks for my order I received an e-mail informing me that AllWatchesOnSale is having a problem with there supplier. They cancelled my order. I have never had any problems ordering from other companies via the internet. I should have read the reviews before I ordered, thats my own fault. Company is still up to its old tricks.

I now have a case on these companies with Broward County Consumer Affairs. It was referred to this agency by the Miami-Dade Consumer Services Department. Browards County Consumer Affairs info is 115 S. Andrews Avenue, Annex Room 460, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301 Reference Complaint Luxury Tree from The Miami-Dade Consumer Services Department. Please everyone file. Let's get these companies and John Kelvin off the internet and off the streets.

I am providing my case numbers to anyone who may be experiencing with a refund or replacement or shipment of items purchased from All watches on Sale or Luxury Tree. Please see info below and hopefully this will assist with resolution of your problems. It did with me and I want all of you to get what is right also. For those of you who may have an issue with All Watches on Sale Allwatchesonsale or Luxury Tree luxurytree. The following are the case numbers I have with the FTC and Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If you file and I think you should please feel free to reference these numbers in the appropriate reports. The websites are for the US FTC ftc.gov file/case #Re: FTC Ref. The saga continues. I've heard back for the FTC, but did not know of any other people who this had happened to. I'm for filing, if you want the website info let me know and somehow we'll manage off line. All four companies use the same search engine listing company too. Allwatchesonsale, All Watches on Sale, Luxurytree Luxury Tree, Wineultra Wine Ultra and Jewelry Ultra Jewelry Ultra have been kicked off of: Yahoo Shopping, Pricegrabber, Nextag, Bizrate, Pricescan. And there are two of the same situations on Pricegrabber that we have. Let's do something? I will provide you my case number with the FTC for referencing if you all want to actually get this creep: John Kelvin. So, I'm up for this. It only takes a few minutes to go to the FTC site and complain. I've called nearly everyday, have sent info through Google Checkout and through my emails. I'm building a case, I would so appreciate anyone else helping me (and all of use out).
