Allied Global Holdings is allegedly a finance and investment company located in Hong Kong. They enter into a Joint Venture Investment agreement with your company, or so the documents state. Unlike any other bank or finance company looking to invest in or loan your company capital, they did not ask for pertinent financial records. During this process, we worked with Nobuaki Komori, their portfolio manager and James Takeshi, their CFO.
One of the first questions I asked them was if they required an upfront fee. Both gentlemen said no. After a week or two, we received an email saying we needed to buy an insurance policy to satisfy Dalian Bank in case our company did not honor it's obligations. The cost was $60,000. We tried to contact the name of the bank officer given by Allied Global Holdings and received an email from the bank stating they never heard of Allied Global Holdings or this man.
Both Nobuaki and James persisted in their calls and emails for us to post the money as the funds were on deposit at the bank. We played along by saying we would be happy to post the money if they used an international escrow company here in the U.S. and their funds were accountable. They then sent instructions to use a new bank in Macau. The insurance company was Bear Guard Limited. Research showed it was a new company recently established.
The address used by Allied Global Holdings is in Hong Kong's premier financial distrct. The office building's directory did not list them. However, there was a version of our Mailboxes, etc. in the building. I believe they use this.
Beware of this company and these people. This report is just one of several listed on this website. So please perform your due diligence.
