I have worked for Alpine Access since 2009 and each time I have had a tech issue it was resolved within a matter of minutes/hours and if I needed a computer or SRD replaced it was always overnighted without delay and I can always call the tech line to get support with any issue. As with any company, if you don't answer your phone to receive the help there isn't much they can do. I have worked with a lot of the same people since 2009 on two different programs and have never heard of any one being down for 150 hours. Alpine Access has always been more than willing to give there support to help any of us get through the necessary issues. There was a time that I didn't get paid for a tech issue but I discussed it with my Team Leader and it was taken care of. I might add, as long as I or any other employee goes by the rules, there is not an issue with working for Alpine Access, they are helpful and understanding! But, if you can't go by the rules then maybe this job isn't for you.
