United States of America#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Mon, June 04, 2012
I have worked with Sherry and her daughter for several years. I created her website for her and she fully manages it. We first began working together 5 years ago. I make it a practice to get to know my clients very well. In order to accurately portray them, I need to know their company, their personal commitment to their business and their business practices. In Sherry's case, that meant I also needed to get to know her animals and how she worked with them.
I am going to cut to the chase here in response to what I believe is a malicious report, possibly submitted by another breeder seeking to do harm to Sherry and Amanda. If you have questions about the care that Sherry and her daughter Amanda provide to their dogs, contact her vet. His contact information is provided on their websites. That makes it pretty simple to decide for yourself with some facts supporting your decision. I was impressed that she included his information and it has been there as long as I have been doing business with her. Check it yourself at both www.amandaspoos.com and sherryscockapoos.com.
Another thing, I noticed that the person reporting provided a long list of key words in hopes of associating Sherry and Amanda with this bad report. That is something that someone who works on website search rankings would do. Not your run of the mill consumer. I could be wrong but it stinks of a jealous breeder. I have noticed a couple of similar reports on other popular breeders and although I don't know them personally, I bet they have been targeted with malice too.
I also noticed that they claimed that Amanda sold them a maltipoo. To my knowledge, Amanda has not ever had maltipoos for sale. Sherry just set up her maltipoo site at www.sherrysmaltipoos.com in the last year and that was the first and only effort they had made in offering that breed. Sherry has been a cockapoo breeder for many years and all you have to do is check her family albums and the letters she receives to see how happy they are with their puppies.
It's a shame that a person would try to do harm to another person with lies. The best thing anyone can do when they are looking for a dog breeder is thoroughly investigate them but do it with caution and know that there are people who want to do harm for harms sake (or personal gain). Contact a breeders previous customers and their vet. Go visit the breeders home and/or animal living quarters and then make your own decision. I have no doubt that if you do your research on Sherry and her daughter you will feel very comfortable making one of their puppies a member of your family.
