Came to door uninvited (sign NO solicitors) told to come back on day home owner availble ignored both trespassed got on roof without prrmission probably causing damage then video taped without invitation or permission unauthorized leaving an estimate where there was no damage before he got up on roof without permission and trespassing.

I would just like to start off by saying I apologize for not responding to this sooner. I helped many neighbors in your area that were impacted by the severe hail storm last year. It was one of the biggest hail storms in Madison, WI history. I had no idea that your son wasn’t the homeowner due to the fact that he appeared to be well over the age of 21 and was working on a vehicle in the driveway. I had asked if he wanted me to take a look to make sure his roof wasn’t damage. He gave me full consent and was outside the entire time of inspection.
After showing him close up what I saw he then stated he wasn’t the homeowner and that you wouldn’t be home till later. At which point I left him with the inspection report sheet with my name and phone number for you to contact me. I assumed he was the homeowner and for that I apologize. I was only trying to help, not create more stress to your day/week. I’m a very professional and honest person as our company is. I’ve helped hundreds of homeowners over the years. Really wish we had the opportunity to meet in person and I’m always open to talk further. Michael M.
