American Dream Home Improvement has also started scamming people here in Davenport, Iowa. Because, a sales rep from their company came to our home about a week to a week & 1/2 ago a day or 2 after a severe storm. Tried talking us into letting their company fix our roof, & they would tell the insurance company that it was storm damage. Lucky for us because, we did our research, & did not fall for their scam. We have also heard through other people that the company has sales reps going door to door in the Ridgeview area of Davenport, Iowa. My Aunt, & Uncle who live in the Ridgeview area said that an ADHI sales rep also came to there door but, thank God they did not fall for it either.

Biggest scam artists around. i just dealt with this place for an estimate! DO NOT! My adjuster was just out. He said he THINKS it shouldn't effect my policy!!???  If there is a possible chance it might, DON'T DO IT! Absolutely no storm damage at all like they put in the ESTIMATE and said this summer's storms were the reason. They will tell you this is a FALSE STATEMENT. I'm here to tell you, IT'S NOT. I'm going to the media and beyond about this. Check the BBB. Get a second opinion. This place will mess your insurance policy up. NOT A FALSE STATEMENT.

I love how an employee from American Dream Home Improvement states they have 340,000 satisfied customers within the last 18 months. There is no way they deal with that many customers. 340,000 customers with an average  $6000 per contract would give them over 2 billion in sales (TOTALLY FALSE).  Which would be more than the largest storm restoration company in the world. HARD TO BELIEVE.

Entirely False Statement

This complaint is 100% false and was filed by a known scam artist who tried to work for our company. Everything stated in the complaint is false; your insurance rates can NOT go up from filing a claim caused by storm damage; this is classified as an Act of God and beyond anyone's control. You will NOT be dropped from your insurance for asking them to inspect your home; in fact, it is recommended by your insurance company that you contact them if you see any damage to your property, if you do not report it, then the insurance company will deem it to be negligence on your part. Please know that this claim is 100% fraudulent and that American Dream Home Improvement has worked with nearly 340,000 satisfied homeowners in the past 18 months alone and has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, and Denver. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, please contact the Director of Operations at 630-353-1900 x 105 and he will be happy to assist you or answer any questions that you may have. Thank you for taking the time to understand this complaint in its entirety.
