 the true owners of american equipment  are randy lance and his wife martha lance so when you file your complaints . they are the sole owners . and you file those complaints with the BBB and the  florida trade commision and thr florida attorney generals office as well as the department of agriculture . you can google these places online to get their numbers . but remember all complaints need to be filed in the state of florida not where you live . but just file with the attorney generals office in your state .

I am proud employee of SP trucking! You waisted my time and my nephews money last year! I Return from a wonderful vacation to read more filthy lies and disparaging remarks.

You apparently didn't want to address my concerns like you did for others. Why not?  This has guilty all over the darn place!  I'm in Charlotte 4-8 times per month and will continue to gather factual information and do what's right!

Trucks that are paid off in their entirety means American Truck Leasing owes a title that must be free and clear of all liens. It means the individual or company who leased it from you has contractually paid off the truck.  This also means it's American's turn to pay off the truck, deliver the original title, not a copy.  Get it now?

Not fair is right!  I think you and Tod Granbury are in cahoots together. 

I have contacted Charlotte local news channels to pass along the facts.  Will Chuck Timmerman, Blake Bolin and Randy Lance be willing to speak with news 14 or WBTV 3?

 we all know that chuck is just a flock boy he wants to talk like he as an email to the power of the world . his name is no place on any property as far as this sorry place . his name is no place he is trying his best to be a spokes person . but as i have told everyone how to get whats owed to them dont even go back and fourth with this clown . and as far being a real man thats something you will never know real men dont shaft people and work for people that do others wrong but we will see in the end how you deal with that . we will see how fast you jump up any place to post . you wanna be real man let  randy and martha  take their own heat your not built for this trust me !!

 yes this is true chuck is the spoke person for this place . he copies and paste his post he  tells you that if you have any kind of problem he can help you . chuck your a sale person he has no power to do anything . we will see if he can take his own heat when it comes . but to eddie and phil as well as any one else . i would love to talk to you guys and point you in the right direction if you had any kind of bad dealings with this company and get you good hard working people some right  to any wrong doing by ael . and chuck when people do people  wrong its always fair to call them out mr or mrs if they dont like whats being said they can speak on their own cause your doing a bad job !

In response to your ridiculous post, maybe you do not have a job or maybe all you have time for is to run down people who try to help other people.  AEL, lLC, has had financial hardships, but it still puts out a good product. I am not sure what you are talking about so many customers that paid off a truck in its entirety.  We buy tires every week, so I do not know where you get youre your information.  We hang our hat on the walk around form because  the customer is saying he is satisfied when he signs off on it and leaves.

If I had to spend the night in a hotel for 2 to 4 days when no one else would get me a truck, I would call this a cost of doing business.  We also give these customers credit for this in the motel.  Ael, LLC continues to supply trucks to people that no one else will.

If you think your pathetic words crying about your pathetic group of thieves makes you feel better, FINE but spare us, the ones who did a walk around a truck with a company puppet. Have you ever spent a night in the roach Motel?  Have You???

Think hard, real hard about your words to honest truckers who sent HONEST money. When our money hit Lances bank account, the HONEST part stopped. If you have a mirror in that place, go look in it.

Chuck, lets get down to the nitty gritty, shall we??    


Why is the majority of your letter attempting to explain the financial hardships AEL has encountered since the financial meltdown?


Why do you all knowingly accept "non refundable" deposits if the trucks are not available?

Example: if you take money from 50 people<<<<<>>>>you should have 50 available trucks??

Do you have to take consumers money or is this an option?

 

Why have so many consumers suffered after they've paid off the truck in it's entirety?


Why can't AEL afford to buy tires when everything else is ready on the trucks?


Why do you hang your hat on the (AEL) walk around inspection but fail to mention how long AEL has had consumers money?  You are financially bleeding consumers to death before they have a fair shot at your so called American Dream!!! 


Chuck, Have you ever considered spending time at local motel where your consumers spend 2-4 days on avg while waiting just a bit longer??

I am Chuck, the manager of American Equipment, LLC.  I had the opportunity to review all of the posted information.  There are many misstatements; I would like to respond to:

 

I would like to clarify many inaccuracies that have been stated.   American Equipment Leasing, LLC has gone through the greatest financial crisis in our countries history, the largest global meltdown ever.  While Wall Street and the banks have been given trillions of dollars to restore financial health;  AEL LLC.  as well as other small companies have not felt or received the trickle down effect or help given to the Banks and Wall Street. But, through faith, hard work, determination we maintained leasing trucks though this financial meltdown.  Randy Lance and advisors have tried to provide a quality product with inventory it has to work with.

 

There is no reason for the personal attacks of Rebecca Brock.  AEl llC, strives to maintain leasing trucks and taking care of its customers.  As everyone knows all of these trucks are older trucks and used trucks.  Each and every lessee who has leased a truck form AEL LLC,  has done a walk around of the vehicle with me or one of my mechanics and has accepted each truck by signing  a walk around sheet.  Ael, llC.  greatly respects its customers. People who could not get trucks from Wall Street or banks AEL, LLC have stepped in to fill the void.   AEL LLC, has taken great steps to correct any checks that may of return for any reason.  My email address is [email protected]  if you claim to have a return check of any type; I ask you to forward me the information so I can get it into the right hands and get it taken car of.   I have read where someone posted AEL LLC,  has changed its name 9 times, that is completely false and erroneous. Like myself, there are many people within this company, Mr. Lance, Mr.Bolin and all of the other employees that work hard for integrity and doing the right thing. In closing, I want to emphasis anyone who checked out through this facility has signed a walk around with myself or one of my mechanics.   You have leased a used truck; we offer many warranties to try to help to overcome any expenses associated with these trucks.  Please remember, it is your option to do business with AEL LLC.

 

 

Remember, if you do not pay for your home or your carthey come to repossess or foreclosed on it.  If you make your payment, we have no desire to repossess your vehicle or truck.   I write this in response for the Ripoffreport.com I have been with the company for nearly 6 years.  Through that time, I have never had any incidents except over the past three years with any customers who have been faced with the same hardships that our company has.  With fuel prices as high as they are and credit as hard as it is to get, we understand the frustration, but we do not lash out for law suits of non payments under the leases.  
  I am hoping for a better tomorrow and better future.  Tod Granbury, you are right it is not fair

Call (704) 547 5777 between 8 - 10 am, M-F to speak with officer in frauddivision. Officer Hutley is one of the detective/officers.  The link below provides easy instruction, middle of page how to file a complaint.

Report Chuck Timmerman as salesmen on all complaint forms, he is licensed salesmen violating NC DMV laws. Knowingly taking consumer money with no vin number on lot is fraud. No access to title for consumer registration is fraud.
