American Health Advantage : True Care Advantage Worst Company ever Lake Mary, Florida
American health advantage AKA True Care if you get a call from this company ask to be placed on there do not call list and hang up. This company sells Medical, dental, vision, hearing and RX Discount plans. The plans are actually real plans but how they are sold is what makes them a Rip off. Sales agents lie to sell you the plans and make there quota. People are told that there are buying Insurance that covers 60%-70% and that they are 30 days after receiving their membership packets to get a FULL refund. When in reality you have 30 days from when they take your payment to cancel and get a PARTIAL refund. There is a $25 enrollment fee that is not refundable. Which is rarely explained. The plan is a discount plan and the discounts are up to 45%. When you call to cancel they then explain $25 is non refundable. When you tell them you were never told about the $25 they say there is nothing they can do. When you ask for a manager there is no one ever available and no one ever calls you back. A company that let there Sales agents lie and dont even bother to correct them is a Rip Off. Everyone should stay far far away from this place.
