*Author of original report: Ok this is to let everyone know about my complaint against American Immigration Center !
I was serching to find the form to apply to renew my Green Card !
As soon I put this in the search engin : "Green Card Renewal Form" this website : www.us-immigration.com show up on top of Google !
The very first thing they ask you to put in is your Credit Card Information giving me a WARNING they got my IP address and if I give false information or try to give wrong information about my Credit card they have my IP.
It is very confusing because I was expecting to get the form I90 and be able to download it or print it, but the next page told me I was charge $ 149.00 on my Credit Card.
Few minutes later I got a call from them telling me I didn't finish the application and ask what kind of SCAM is that ! The Man said you need to call Customer Care and I did.
First they put me on "HOLD" after few minutes I finally talk to a very rude person, after she finally listen to me she said you want a refound ? I said YES because I don't need your help to fill the form I90, I can do it myself. She said no problem but it have a Cancellation Fee $ 29.00 and I told her I want my money back and I will call my Credit Card Co. She said OK you want contest it's fine but if you agree to pay $ 29.00 you will get back a Credit for $ 120.00 in you Credit Card in the next 3 to 5 days.
I did agree because the money is tight.
So if I don't get $ 120.00 back in my Credit Card withen the next 5 days I will let you know here Guys.

I got my Credit Card report and I am very please to say to all of Ripoff Report readers this Company finally did gave me a Credit of $ 120.00
I am glad it's all good and hope I will never have to do this again !

If you make a payment to our website, the charge will go through as soon as you hit the submit button and click on the box that states that you agree to our terms and conditions on the payment.
As far as the information you have provided, if you were expecting a refund of $120, you should have received a credit for that amount after your charge. The charge will not disappear, you will simply see the charge and then a credit.

Well I got my monthly Credit Card report and guess what !
American Immigration Center Inc, ( US-Immigration.com ) took $ 149.00 out of my Credit Card after they promise me if I agree to pay $ 29.00 for no contest they will charge me only $ 29.00
THEY DID CHARGE ME $ 149.00 on my Credit Card !
Now it's time to take action against : American Immigration Center Inc, ( US-Immigration.com )
I will go to BBB.org file an official complaint and also file a " SCAM "complaint with the F.B.I.
I will also get my Credit Card Company involve to request the full amount of $ 149.00 from
American Immigration Center Inc.
