American Office Solutions Traci Burrington. Joe?? American Office Solutions or Innovative Solutions con artists Mentor Ohio
I worked for a company called Inovative Solutions out of Mentor, Ohio who later changed their name to American office Solutions out of Mentor Ohio. Traci Burrington is one of the con's who ripped me off. I fixed a printer for them July 22nd of this year in a nursing home in Biscoe NC., about an hour from my house. It was a very hot day in a very hot office and the printer was extremely difficult to fix. I maintained my cool and professionalism and got the job fixed properly and made the end user very happy. She was the only good part about this experience but she isn't part of the con artists. I gave them an invoice for 60 dollars and asked for an extra 20 dollars because the job was so hot and tough and for the fact that I, "knocked it out of the park" as I always do. Instead these crooks did not pay me at all. First a month went by and then six weeks and now 2 months. They keep giving me laim excuses but no date on when I will get my check for the work I did for them. I have been on unemployment most of the year and things are bad enough without idiots like this making matters worse. I only trust companies that I talk to face to face now because of these criminals. They say they are working on getting me paid but nothing has happened yet. I am mainly writting this to warn others of this dishonest and felonious company. If anyone else has dealt with this company and wants to sue them with me, contact me at [email protected]m. This is the first time this has happened to me in 15 years of IT/computer work.

I need to paraphrase this to take blame off Traci Burrington. Reputatly she is just an employee and sent in my invoice to Joe as she was supposed to. Even though she is labeled as the accountant it appears she is not accountable in this situation and Joe Moore CEO and president of American Office Solutions agreed to pay me this week 80.00 dollars. I will keep you informed on a weekly basis on how this matter resolves further.
