Don't pay this invoice. There are multiple people that this has happened to. File a complaint with your states attorney general as well as the attorney general of ny. Also contact and complain to the BBB and the federal trade commission. Also contact them and let them know what actions you have taken. They will work out a return shipment if you are persistent enough. I am the one from Arlington TX who filed a complaint on the same day as you. Call them and contact the supervisor. This is fraudulent business. Also, read the information on telemarketer scams listed by the BBB. They will let you know the rights you have as a business.

If you didn't give them a purchase order, then they have no claim against you. Send them a registered letter saying that the supplies were sent unsolicited, you dont want them, you will not pay for them, and that they may pick them up at their own convenience. I suspect that you will not hear from them again.
