America's Servicing Company, America's Servicing Company A Division Of Wells Fargo Bank i got behind they foreclosed on our home refused to let me sell it to third party for pay off Des Moines Iowa
America's servicing company a division of wells fargo bank foreclosed on our home .they bought my mortgage
i got laid off and was unable to make my payment $420.00
i spoke to them and they put me on a repayment program $800. for 8 months tried my best to keep up but could not. got behind again so they put me on another repayment plan almost $1200 made these payments for a few months trying to get caught up .got laid off again and could not make payment so they started forclosure.
tryed to get a different loan but was unable .
i found someone to buy the house and pay i off .requested payoff for over a month kept getting the run around (you have to talk to legal dept,you have to speak with manager) .finally received pay off 6 days after judgement for foreclosure so they would not sell.
now i received a 1099 in the mail for $25.000 that i have to claim as income so i have lost our home of over 15 years out all the money i paid into it and owe a IRS on top of it
