AMERICASREZV.COM SUPERVISOR I have returned a bottle of resveratrol which I'm being charged for and the company has the bottle. Internet
I bought Resveratrol off of the website in February, 2009. They offered a 30 day money back guarantee and only charged a $4.95 fee for shipping/handling. I did not see the small print that said they would continue sending me a bottle every month.
I never opened the second bottle sent to me and neglected to send it back immediately and cancel my order. When I received the next bottle, I decided enough is enough and I better cancel especially when I saw that I was being charged $87. 97 each month. I called the company at 888-226-0658 and told them I wanted to cancel my order and return the 2 bottles.
Chris told me that I could send the second bottle back and get refunded but that the first bottle I received was past the 30 day money back guarantee. After talking to him further about how I did not need the product nor want to spend that much money on it, he talked to his supervisor and came back to the phone and told me that if I sent the bottles back, I would be refunded. I was a little surprised that he agreed to accepting the first bottle, but he did.
I mailed back both bottles following the directions emailed to me. I have had 2 charges on my charge card for bottles that I returned. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and told him that I returned both bottles and wanted to see the credits for both bottles on my card as promised.
He told me about the 30 day guarantee and said he could not refund for that bottle. I told him that Chris told me, to my surprise, that I would get refunded. He said that they had to let Chris go because of the way he was handling customers.
I told the supervisor that was their problem, not mine. The supervisor said he had a recording of our conversation to prove that what I was saying was not true. I could not understand the recording but he assured me that Chris made no such promise.
I don't know; perhaps the conversation was recorded and when Chris put me on hold to talk to a supervisor, maybe the next part of our conversation did not get recorded. Nonetheless, the supervisor has refused to credit my account for both bottles regardless what Chris told me. He did not believe what I was saying to be true.
What really has me upset besides being told one thing and it not happening, I have returned both bottles and been charged for both bottles. The supervisor should at least have offered to mail back the bottle that I'm going to get charged for anyway. As it stands, I have mailed back both bottles and still getting charged for the one with the 30 day money back guarantee.
Why would I mail back a bottle if I had been told that it would not be accepted? He has a bottle of resveratrol that my charge card was charged $87.97 for. That, above all else is not right. He, at the very least, owes me a bottle of resveratrol.
Maybe the product is good, but the employees answering the phones are not very professional and make a good product look bad. I certainly will not recommend this website to anyone.
