This is just amazing how far a bad company can go. We have the same types of problem everyone else has with AMC and its partners in crime' As I read these articals from time to time I never seem to read how they got there loan , where the closing was held and the people that were involved' In our case we got a call one day and two days later some guy shows up at our door step at 11 pm at night and said he had a little paperwork to sign, we didn't even know it was the closing but it was,,,we have never had a loan before and didn't realize what was going on,,,As you can guess that's when all the corruption started..Our case is like everyone else but we had the fortune of finding a lawyer to go after AMC and deutsche bank,,,If you read your papers you will find that AMC has a non recourse clause which insulates AMC from personal liability on the notes, so they can lie, and sham all paperwork and that's ok with deutsche bank' The only way to find out with your case is to find a lawyer and I know how hard it is to find one, I went to community legal services and legal advocacy center of central florida.Between them both they have discovered so much it would make your head spin, now Deutsche bank is triing to say that we knew of all the corruption they did and that it is our fault..Imagine that..At this point of time we don't trust any mortgage company or really any bank, I know that not all mortgage co and banks are crooks but the thing is how many bad apples are in the basket of good apples, if theres more bad then good you end up throwing them all away and the good ones get the problem they never deserved'I wonder what the governor of California thinks about AMC since it comes from his state, is it that he can't do anything about it ,or he doesn't care or getting a kick back from it, or plainly don't know, I would tell everyone to send the governor of California an Email or regular mail about what trash is coming out of his state and if nothing is done about AMC then you have your answer, and the same thing goes for deutsche bank in texas'.There is also a point to be made with the ex employees of AMC, there is some honest people that had quit AMC because of the fraud AMC had done but they to are in that basket of apples, If you read there articals you find that they are not mad at AMC for frauding the people, they are mad because they made a lot of money for them the way AMC wanted them to do and now there mad they were fired from there fraud way of making money,( what did they think would happen) they told them thanks for all that money now get lost suckers , so now they don't make 3-8 thousand a month frauding people, my heart cries for them and yet I'm laughing at them'We all got shammed by this company and there crime buddies ,but for what its worth class action suits may be ok for someone that lost there house a long time ago but not if you still have it AMC gives 2-3-4 hundred dollars to you yet they frauded thousands off you, that's a ripoff in its self'DON'T GIVE UP'find a lawyer, the more you yell the more someone will listen, go public.WE ARE'.and if every body does can you imagine how much the spot light will be on AMC and its crime buddies and the states that turned there heads on this corruption ??
