All they have to do is get your name and address, they dont even need a birthday although its easier that way. They enter your name, address, then make up a false SSN# and birthday, then click pull credit. The report will come back with a discrepancy in the SSN and the birthday. So then they write down the correct SSN and birthday and run it again therefore pulling your credit. This company requires the employee to pull a certain amount of credit applications everyday so that is why the employees will do this. They are under a lot of pressure to get applications so they will do what it takes. The smart ones then change the address and/or mailing info and delete the inquiry so that the customer does not receive a letter in the mail regarding a credit check that you didnt authorize, therfore covering their tracks.

Don't bother calling the manager in D. Bar, his name is Eric Chan, and he is the one who taught the loan rep how to pull your credit with out your approval. Trust me on this one. I honestly can not think of anyone in the company that will pay any attention to your complaint. The office of the President will listen to you, but not do anything about it. You can call the corporate office for the Legal Dept. at 714-541-9960, you will most likely get a voicemail. How pathetic it is that Ameriquest is so far "past feeling" that their is no one in the organization who cares. The AMC headquaters are not too far from you. They are located in Orange at 1100 Town & Country Rd. If I were you, I would just show up with your paper work in hand.

Can be ran buy throwing in a fake number and it pulls it up. If you check your documents and see if they have a SS number in there it isn't yours. I would call the Branch Manager up and asked for Ameriquest Corporate Legal Department
