Ken,
You've been slammed.
Call your normal long distance company and tell them you were slammed. Ask them to switch you back immediately.
Then call your credit card company and tell them about the fraud. Ask for a complete charge back of all charges.
Finally, go to your state's attorney general's web page and file a complaint at http://caag.state.ca.us/contact/index.htm.
