I too was a victim of a fraudulent credit card charge. After reading several of other complaints , mine is not much different. My credit card was charged 3 times within a month and 1/2. I have never heard of this company.
I never authorized these transactions. I have done business in the past with Tiger Direct. Now it looks like I won't be doing that again. Who can you trust?
After contacting AMR LD, I called my credit card to stop any further transactions. Next I recieved an email from AMR to tell me that 1 charge for $61.02 had been credited. But I have yet to see the results.
Next question? How did they get my email address if someone had not sold my account information!!!!!
Something needs to be done.
